Short Biography
Edward Antony Richard Louis was born on 10th March 1964 to Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh. For a time Edward pursued a career in television and worked as a production assistant for Andrew Lloyd Webber. He married Sophie Rhys-Jones in 1999 and they had two children, Louise and James. Edward was created Earl of Wessex when he married. Edward has recently began taking over royal duties from his father, most notably the Duke of Edinburgh Award for young people.
