Short Biography

Camilla Parker Bowles was born Camilla Rosemary Shand on 17th July 1947 to Bruce Shand and Rosalind Cubitt. After a short relationship with Prince Charles, she married Andrew Parker-Bowles in 1973 and they had two children. However, her relationship with Charles continued on and off throughout their marriages. This became public knowledge after being revealed by Princess Diana during a TV interview.

Camilla and Andrew were divorced in 1995 and she married her long-time love, Charles, in 2005. After the death of Queen Elizabeth II in 2022, Camilla became Queen Consort and Charles became King Charles III.
