Edgyth was born in 995 and died in 1022 (exact dates are not known). She was the daughter of King Aethelred the Unready by his first wife Aelfgifu of York. Her brother Edmund became King after her father’s death. She married Eadric Streona, Ealdorman of Mercia and they had a child but no details are known.
